    love Love LOVE

    Love this waaaay more than the traditional wire baskets. Apparently my pup does too since he marked it before I was able to use it for the first time lol. My only suggestion would be to remove the snaps for the netting and instead install some kind of hooks around the rim to hook the net. Otherwise this is a solid piece and I will definitely repurchase when/if the time comes.

    In regards to the snap-studs for securing the mesh cover, we did try several different methods for securing the mesh cover in earlier prototypes, and the studs came up best as far as not catching on anything, e.g. tennis net, court fencing, etc.

    I'm not sure if you've seen the videos on the Tips & Tricks page of our website (https://ballmate.tennis/pages/tips-tricks-with-ballmate), there's a nice tip that shows that you can simply undo only one of the snap-studs and stretch the mesh over the opposite side of the basket (therefore you don't have the mesh just hanging loosely). Hope this helps :)
