Six courts, overlapping squads, and a coaching team rotating through long afternoon blocks. Equipment mismatch between courts was becoming visible to parents and visiting coaches.
The day before
Constant refill stops, uneven courtside presentation, and coaches spending energy managing gear between drill transitions.
The day after
One integrated workflow per court, faster resets between groups, and a calmer courtside that reads as intentional infrastructure rather than improvised tools.
Implementation
Started with one unit per teaching court, aligned storage in the equipment room, and a simple coach handover checklist for setup and pack-down.
Outcomes
Qualitative gains in session rhythm and staff satisfaction; quantitative tracking added where programmes choose to publish results.
