BALLMATE™ SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Providers At BALLMATE™, we partner with reliable shipping services to ensure your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. Shipping carriers are selected based on your delivery location:

Australia: All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

United States: Orders to U.S. customers are fulfilled and shipped using ShipBob.
Processing Times Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times

Australia Post: 2–7 business days depending on the delivery address.

ShipBob (USA): 3–8 business days based on destination and courier service.
Please note: Delivery estimates may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery destination, shipping method selected, and package weight.
International Shipping Currently, we only ship within Australia and the United States. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For U.S. shipments, all duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price where applicable. Australian orders are inclusive of GST.
Delays and Lost Packages BALLMATE™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or customs processing times. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at sales@ballmate.tennis and we will do our best to assist.
