How durable is Ballmate in a school or club environment?

Ballmate is designed for daily, multi-session use. Materials and wheels are specified for coaching volume, not occasional recreational use. Full technical notes sit in the spec sheet; warranty terms summarise what is covered.

What warranty do we get?

A 12 month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal coaching use. Exclusions include misuse, accidental damage, and normal cosmetic wear. Claims are handled with photos and order reference.

How are multi-unit orders invoiced?

Program and institutional orders are usually quoted through the quote builder or sales team, then invoiced with line items matching the approved quote.

What are delivery timeframes?

Dispatch typically within the same or next business day; transit depends on region (Australia, US, EU). Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Large program rollouts may ship in waves – your contact will confirm dates.

Durability, warranty & support

Ballmate is engineered for high-volume coaching – wheels, frame, hopper, and joints are specified for daily roll-on, roll-off court use, not occasional hobby play.

Durability

The All-in-One and Pickup Basket use a reinforced polymer shell, aluminium structural elements, and UV-stabilised fabric in the hopper. Wheels and axle assemblies are rated for typical court-to-carpark distances and indoor acrylic. We recommend rinsing clay debris from wheels after outdoor sessions to maintain smooth rolling.

Warranty

Ballmate products are covered by a 12 month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal coaching use.

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear (including cosmetic scuffs), unauthorised modifications, or damage from commercial freight handled without following our packing guidelines.

    Standard dispatch is the same day or next business day. Metro delivery typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Prices include GST.

  • United States

    Standard dispatch is the same day or next business day. Transit 3–7 business days depending on state. Prices exclude sales tax where applicable — tax shown at checkout.

  • Europe

    Standard dispatch is the same day or next business day. Transit typically 5–10 business days. Prices include VAT where indicated at checkout. Import formalities are rare for single-unit coach orders; program orders may require customs documentation – our team will advise.
